Use the enclosed microfiber cloth to gently wipe after each use. Do not use abrasive materials or liquid cleaners.

Not for water use:
Remove cufflinks before washing hands, swimming, or exposure to rain.

Avoid extreme temperatures:
Keep away from excessive heat or cold, which may affect metal.

Travel with protection:
Carry your cufflinks in the travel pouch and wrap them in the microfiber cloth to help reduce the risk of scratches or surface marks.

Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 12 working days, depending on the destination city and courier service.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video must be recorded while opening the package.
• Relevant photos showing the issue must be provided.
• Tivaaro must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery at contact@tivaaro.com
• Courier fee of approximately Rs. 200 will be applicable per product for returns requested due to change of mind, personal preference, or different style selection
